Step into Sazio Coastal Italian Seafood Kitchen, the newest restaurant by Big Fish Restaurant Group, for an inviting atmosphere, impeccable service and exquisite food. Opened in what was once two old homes in downtown Rehoboth Beach, DE, the interior has been completely renovated to a bright and airy space with a coastal color palette and Mediterranean feel. The cozy bar area and seating inside and out – on the beautiful wraparound porch – make Sazio the ideal place for both intimate date nights and large-family dinners.

Open from 5-10pm, Sazio starts each evening off with happy hour in the bar from 5-6pm. Choose from a menu of rich and tasty snacks, like the 1 lb. Kobe Meatball or Stone Fired Neapolitan Pizza, plus $1 off several drinks on the menu. And you can expect quite an impressive wine list here. Sazio’s 12-bottle Cruvinet system allows them to serve a selection of refined wine by the glass, in addition to glass pours and an extensive bottle list.

You’ll notice culinary nods to Zebra on the dinner menu at Sazio, which delights a diversity of palates with Mediterranean favorites featuring fresh ingredients, savory seafood dishes and steakhouse-style meat selections prepared to your liking. The Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus or cast iron ‘scorched’ Fresh Calamari are perfect for those who want to try something new. And the Sazio Caprese is a salad of vine-ripe tomatoes, creamy burrata and house mozzarella for a simple yet delicious start to the meal.

If you’re in a sharing mood, order up the Seafood Harvest Tower to include oysters, shrimp and clams topped with a charcuterie board and assortment of sauces. The Seafood Lasagna is a 10-layer house favorite filled with crab, shrimp and scallops. For a tastefully fresh entrée, try the Milanese, prepared with either veal or chicken and topped with an arugula salad dressed in lemon-thyme vinaigrette. Choose from a list of sauces and accessories for each steakhouse-style meat selection, plus one flavorful side. We love the Prime 8 oz. Filet prosciutto-wrapped and topped with Gruyere, with the Truffle Creamed Corn alongside it.

Summer Days at Obie's

Catch the best ocean views in Rehoboth and enjoy mouthwatering food and drinks at Obie’s By the Sea, newly managed by Big Fish Restaurant Group this summer season. Obie’s is located right on the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach and boasts a deck and open-air indoor seating, as well as a take-out window for those who would rather carry our delicious eats onto the sand. The breathtaking view and easy, fun vibe at Obie’s will keep vacationers – and locals who want to feel like they’re on vacation – happy, and coming back over and over again this summer!

Serving up lunch and dinner every day from 11am to 10pm, there’s something on the menu to satisfy any craving from simple and tasty snacks to savory entrées with the fresh seafood you expect from BFRG. We’d recommended ordering a fresh-squeezed crush to get things started; the Put the Lime in De Coconut Crush is extra refreshing on those hot and hazy days. (You can trust us on this one.) If food is what you’re after, choose from a variety of steamed seafood appetizers like Peel & Eat Shrimp, Clams or Mussels; or opt for another one of our starters. You can never go wrong with Obie’s Signature Wings or Fried Chesapeake Crab Balls.   

And we love fries here just as much as the seagulls do. Trying a basket of our Beach Fries is a must. Whether you go with original or Old Bay Fries with Cheese Sauce, no one at the table will be able to stop eating until the last one’s gone! We’ve got quite the selection of burgers and sandwiches – perfect for lunch or dinner – from a classic All American beef burger to our Shrimp Salad Sandwich. For a lighter option, try the Lobster Chopped Salad or a Bowl of Chili with all the fixins. Obie’s also serves the favorite BFRG entrées you’ve come to love, like our Yellow Fin Grilled Tuna and Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes.
